The media are closing in on Arum so he has no choice but to make up another farce, the can have the UK anti-doping agency help them do the testing if it makes them feel better...at the end of the day they are all under the WADA.

Its hard to negotiate when the other fighter keeps retiring every fight and denying any negotiations.

              Let me ask you:

What organization do you think has the MOST influence on WADA policy?

              Tell me.

              The Senegalese Anti Doping Agency?

              New Zealand Anti Doping Agency?

              Bolivian Anti Doping Agency?

The Philippines doesn't even have a WADA-approved laboratory.

Let's have the UK anti-doping agency doing the test i am sure floyd dont have any problem with that

                    but.....

expect Arum to say bad things about the UK anti-doping agency then UK will get mad at arum too just like USADA is

                      Finally, in some
instances, Olympic athletes may be subject to drug testing conducted
by the recently created World Anti-doping Agency (WADA). WADA was created
under the au****es of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) with
the goal of coordinating drug testing on a global level during the intervals

between the Pan American and Olympic Games. However, WADA's limited
objective for the year 2000 is to conduct out-of-competition drug testing
programs.22 In addition, WADA will have the responsibility
of monitoring the conduct of both the USOC and IAAF have drug testing
programs, the likelihood that an American track & field athlete will
be subject to drug testing by WADA is minimal.

                      Athletes competing
on an international level, either domestically or abroad, can also expect
to be drug tested by their respective international federation.
