There's a reason they have never fought, and it's because Cotto doesn't want any. He would have lost at WW and he still loses to him at JMW.

Would love to see this fight, i'd pay. I think if Williams has still got it (we'll see this weekend) Williams will be to much for Cotto, but I predict a hell of a war
