Tommy Allan's got his facts wrong here. Floyd proposed testing without a cut off from the get go. Pacquiao refused this, requesting his own requesting his own 3 separate non random tests.

Des it really matter who does the testing? They want the Olympic Organization, not like they requested Top Rank Testing. As fans, we should be pulling for whatever can make the fight happen. From that article, the Olympic Organization doesn't sound bad, makes it sound like the better people to dO the testing.

If Floyd is cool with it, then he should do it to try to make the fight happen.

But if you keep letting Arum control this process, then you will usually find yourself looking at secondary fights instead of the one you want to see.

Anything new regarding testing can "possibly" cause the situation to cycle for another few years...
