duckqiao will never agree to the random blood test.

and can duck fight floyd with the lawsuit going on???

I mean wouldn't the judge be like wtf..you signed to fight floyd but at the same time you're suing him..you can't have both and the lawsuit was the perfect way out.

Now we all know there is at leas 10 known people calling manny a roid head and none got sued except floyd..why would you sue the guy who you want to beat so bad?

I mean, when you read this comment from Bob, what does it make you feel?

‘We are focusing on Pacquiao vs Marquez fight. And if Pacquiao beats Marquez again and then if Mayweather says he’s agreeable to us, then we can have the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight next year.’

Coz I feel optimistic that there's still hope for this fight to happen.
One thing I've notice about Floyd fans is that they're perfectly happy to come up with excuses for Floyd's ducking, dodging, and 'vacationing'. Pacquiao, Arum, and Roach have been on record for a year now that they are good to go with any and all testing. Instead of saying 'great, let's get that fight now' these clowns go on about 14 days from 2009... without ever explaining why that was supposedly enough to make the fight but then that changed overnight.

Fight's never going to happen, drug testing was never an issue. Should be another poke and slaptactular 'vacation'

man we all want to believe arum this time so dont be a ******* i just leave my ***** heart 2 post ago...
Like I've been saying, Pacquiao-Bradley in the Spring. Floyd will take some more time off and if he gets off with a slap on the wrist with all his trials, Mayweather-Khan in the fall in the UK.

According to Top Rank CEO Bob Arum, his Superstar fighter and Pound For Pound King Manny Pacquiao has agreed to full random Blood testing for a potential fight with long time rival, Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Mr. Arum has been reported as saying - ‘We have agreed in the Pacquiao camp to unlimited random testing done by a responsible, neutral organization, We don’t believe USADA is a neutral organization.

‘I don’t think anybody’s test is as vigorous as the test administered by the Olympic Organization. And we can arrange for the Olympic Organization to handle the test under the supervision of the Athletic commission respective of the state where the fight is going to be held.

‘We’re not going to make this into a cowboy situation. We have an organization that has no authority [USADA] and even does it [blood-testing] without reporting to an organization that is responsible for the conduct of the fight.

‘We are focusing on Pacquiao vs Marquez fight. And if Pacquiao beats Marquez again and then if Mayweather says he’s agreeable to us, then we can have the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight next year.’

Since 2009 both fighter’s camp’s have been at loggerheads over testing and the cut-off dates. First Mayweather asked for 14 days, which was rejected by Team Pacquiao, then a few months later when Team Pacquiao was ready to agree to the 14 day cut, Mayweather moved the goal posts and said he would not fight with a cut-off.

This seem’s like a significant step in right direction and the boxing world may finally get to see the fight it has craved for so long.

              • Floyd -- no problem with USADA
              • Ortiz -- no problem with USADA
              • Mosley -- no problem with USADA
              • Almost any fighter not named Pacquiao -- no problem with USADA

So... You already have the lawsuit making the fight more difficult to make, now floyd has to drop USADA?

where if Floyd wants to keep USADA, Bob says Floyd is scared then move on with business as usual?

Don't let Bob make this simple situation more difficult.

Roach: We agreed to everything Floyd asked.

Freddie Roach, trainer of WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao, says his boxer will be ready and able to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2012. Roach appeared

Pac: "I agree to blood test."

but then Konz says: "We only agreed to up to 14 days. "

but Konz, (scratching my head) Manny just said "I agree to blood test."

Arum "We have agreed in the Pacquiao camp to unlimited random testing done by a responsible, neutral organization."

Konz "Pacquaio has not agreed to random drug tests with no cut off date"

While many have speculated as to whether or not Manny Pacquiao has truly conceded to all of Floyd Mayweather's terms, his adviser, Michael Koncz,

Lol, what the hell is going on in Team Pac land?
Do they want the Mayweather fight or not?

Just take the full random drug tests for f.u.ck sakes! What have you got to hide!!!?!

The only fights in history that did USADA testings

                    Floyd vs. Mosley
Floyd vs. Ortiz - expected to be tested.
