your an idiot like all the rest that keep saying that. It's sad when a fighter that takes nearly 2 years off can make up his own rules for fighting. That just shows how much he really wants the fight. They give you a test right after the fight and people have failed it before which shows it works. Once the commission asks for the OST then I could see when saying I refuse would be an issue.

They both want the fight, They both cant agree on drug testing...No point wasting anyone elses time, I understand we all want the fight to happen but unless one part of the party gives in then the fight isnt going to happen, So unless Mayweather comes out and change his tune on the testing or Pac comes out with Arum and agree with the whole testing procedure i dont see the point in them coming to the table.
