International agent and promoter, Sampson Lewkowicz, has signed a pair of prospects from the Dominican Republic. Lewkowicz, who recently received a promoter's license in Las Vegas, promised to make both boxers champions. Along with local promoter, César “Manguita” Mercedes, Lewkowicz announced the signings of local talents Juan Carlos Mrengue-Abreu and Braulio “El Chavo” Rodríguez.
