Why would Bob Arum publicly state that the fight was a done deal, and that it was scheduled in for Dec, when the contracts havent even been signed yet ?

how is this fight ever going to be finalized in either state if margo cant fight in either state he has no license to fight. and I'm not a rocket scientist but for there to be a fight margo has to be there too....lol

Im sure arum will find a way to manipulate either state to hand margo a license even if it is a temp one for that fight... seeing as arum is not even concerned about margos license issue

If it ain't signed, it ain't final da!!!! It's called an agreement, a signed contract! Both must agree for it to be 100% committed!!!!!!!!!
