    Hello ermmm...

IM 6 foot 1.5 inches 15years old and i weigh about 122-126 walking around weight,is that good or bad? i try eat alot but wont put weight on for ****.When i box orthordox fighters i land my jab alot buh vs a southpaw its very hard cuz my sparring partner(brother) Fights with his shoulder facing me and is right handed soo i dont want to commit going in as he has very good power naturally he weighs about abt 130 so what is the best way to beat a very hard punching southpaw? i got quick hands and okay power and fight like mayweather/khan,but manily use the shoulder roll to avoid punches.

Came to you guys as your the experts,Thankss...

That's kind of fat for your age I would try to slim it down to 108 pounds or even 105 and you'll be a beast in that weight class.

Gonna have to agree with this.

You're 15, you're not a child anymore. It's time to choose between food and winning the world championship. Slim down to 108 lbs to maintain your height advantage.

Are you sparring in a gym or in your house? and I would have to agree with those dudes up there at 6"1 you have to be 90 pounds, just ask Paul Williams. You dont need muscle you need to be as skinny as possible because everyone in your weight class will be 4"5

you'll also want to think about adding the shoulder roll to your offensive arsenal

This is sound advice you're receiving. I've been training fighters for 31 years including 17 national and 6 international titles. Hydroxycut, cigarettes, hydroxycut, cigarettes, keep alternating so you lose bonemass and increase internal body temperature (hot air rises so you'll actually be bigger than the scales say). Do NOT buy the hype about solid foods, they'll only slow you down and scratch against your organs when you take body shots. Hope this helps.
