I'll be honest and say that I could never do what this man did and not take his frustration out on a guard or another inmate for 26 years. This man has to be commended because he has a resolve that you don't see in many people. Much respect to him because I would have went out of my mind and started fights and stabbed people for no reason cause I would have felt life wasn't fair so **** everybody!

Thats why i stay well away from criminal law. I dont think I could send an innocent man down and live with myself or argue a case for a rapist etc.

Im happy going down the commercial law route that I am.

ps. did this guy not get any compensation? I mean come on 26 years!!

Compensation depends on the laws of the state of New York. Some states refuse to put laws on the books about compensating innocent people once they are found to innocent.
