For all of his insightful writing on the inner workings at HBO, or to his never ending love affair with Manny Pacquiao, the man dubbed as the successor to the late great A.J Libeling has been M.I.A lately. Last year this gentleman writer was relentless in his offensive attack of HBO Sports and it's handling of its boxing programming, to the virtual character assassination of the fighter once known as "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather. As of now, we have no offerings from Hauser on the debacle known as Pacquiao/Mosley, and also what happen to the constant insinuation of HBO executives being in the line of fire for their past transgressions of unsuccessful match making?
It's been six months, and I'm beginning to wonder has HBO's effort and success in making quality fights this year, or Manny Pacquiao's less that challenging list of opposition in 2011 left Top Ranks biggest BWAA supporter/HBO critic without a bullhorn and soap box to stand on?
Did Thomas Hauser have an agenda when writing Internet articles regarding Mayweather, Pacquiao, and HBO? Why has he now become silent, when Pacquiao critics are at their loudest?
