I shouldn't have said "gimme" fights, but he always had the upper hand in promotional aspects of fights, which is why he got that decision over JLC, everyone knows "that guy" always gets the decision. Also, before the olympics Floyd was being groomed since he was born - he had the privilege of having his dad and uncle coaching him. Basically Floyd had about a decade head start on Manny in the fight game. That is why I don't think you can look too much into Pac's losses early in his career.
