if the boxer hit the wrestler on the chin he'd be done if the wrestler got the boxer on the ground the boxer would most likely lose.

depends on the size difference.
if the wrestler is bigger, he'd crush him.
if the boxer is bigger, it'll be harder to take him down.
if they're the same size, it'd probably be determined to whether they stay on their feet or take it to the ground.
