Has nothing to do with testing that Floyd had never even mentioned in passing before the winter of 09 when his career started in the mid 90s. The Mayweathers are if nothing else, boxing scientists and they know (especially Sr.) that Manny is an absolute matchup nightmare for Floyd. Sr saw firsthand what type of damage Pac can do, even to someone he put all that 'knowledge' into. That's why you have this:

BC: I know that you have been asked about this over and over again but is Junior going to fight Manny Pacquiao this year?

FM: Man, all he got to do is take them test then we got a fight!

BC: There's already a video on another website that Manny Pacquiao said, he's going to take the full testing. Haven't you heard about it?

FM: I don't really spend time on the internet. Here's the thing, if he says he gonna take the test then I don't know what to say anymore. It's up to my son now if he will still take that fight. You know, just because this guy said he will take the test the promoters are still the ones who are going to handle it. Now we don't know what will happen with that one. If you gonna ask me I think that he should not fight. Let me put it this way, the people want my son to lose. Therefore, that's the only way he can beat him is because it's gonna be what the people want. You know what I mean? He wouldn't agree to the full testing now if there's nothing going to be behind it. He can't beat my son unless he putting something in there. But if it ain't what he putting in his body then there's something else. Why he got to say yes now?

OST was never the issue. Not to mention both Roger and Sr saying it would be '******' for Floyd to fight Manny after Ortiz without more tuneups.

Come November 13th, you're going to hear a lot about why Floyd can't fight because of taxes or trials or some other b.s. and then he'll flee to the UK for Khan.

You are nothing but a complete fkn idiot.

        Dopey ****.

The ONLY reason that fight died, is because Manny would not undertake random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff.....
        http://www.boxingscene.com/pacquiao-...day-cut--27427

EVERYBODY knows that the OSDT stipulations were on the table well-before the negotiations even started. When initially questioned on the subject, Freddie Roach agreed to FULL testing, just not on the day of the fight.

Arum himself confirmed that the OSDT request was on the table from day one, and so did Roach. And so did that ***wit Raphael.....

        Give yourself an uppercut.

When will you start to realise that Manny is only half the issue, his dishonest idiot fanboys are the main cause of the tension between fans.

        Numbers dont lie, pacfans do

Oooops, I broke our agreement and lost my temper with yet another one of Manny's dishonest flag-waving fanboys.

          Sorry

ThePrince is like some yappy little mutt nipping at your heels. You put up with it for awhile, but the continually biased approach laden with untruths and exaggerations wears a bit thin after awhile.

It is easier to just give him a kick. It doesnt matter what facts you place in front of that kid, he will just see what he wants to see, so I dont waste too much time on my replies

Anyways, hope you understand that this was the very situation that I attempted to explain to you earlier.

The keyword is " dishonest "..... because you would have to be a mountain-sized moron to deny that the only official negotiations broke down because Manny would not agree to random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff.

If Khan gets through his next two Zab and Bradley, this fight would make all the sense in the world

I guarantee you that when the time comes for the Pacquiao fight to be made, he'll say he can't do it because of the defamation trial or his other legal issues that didn't stop him from fighting Ortiz and then he'll flee to the UK to fight Khan at Wembley Stadium.

Not a bad fight at all, and Khan's speed and jab, coupled with Roach's DLH-like gameplan and Floyd's age-diminished skills should make for a decent scrap.

              Just sayin.
He himself stated that's not an issue.... Arum is the one who is making it an issue. Just like when Arum promised Margarito to Pacquiao?

Watch how quick Mayweather-Khan gets made.

Because they both have big egos like Pacquiao not conceding to the first time around when offered the 14 day cut off when clearly somehow it isn't a problem now. Mayweather then took the offer off the table well before Pac agreed to the 14 day cut off.

This video that you pacfans believe Pac agreed to no cut off testing that came out around during the 24/7 Marg-Pac where Koncz himself stated Pac has agreed to the 7 day cutoff
. That is the latest _OFFICIAL_ statement right from Koncz's mouth regarding the testing issue, Floyd Sr and Roger is not reliable at all - same Roger who said Mayweather was fighting @ Texas Cowboy stadium.

Let's see after the Ortiz and JMM fight if the testing is still an issue.

FACT There has _NEVER_ been an official statement from Koncz, Arum or Pac saying they agreed to the testing with no cut off dates - not these half-assed statements like "Testing is no longer an issue" - "We agreed to all his demands"

We gotta give Floyd a lot of credit for fighting or planning to fight the two best young fighters in Ortiz and Khan. This definitely makes PAC look a little bad in some ways.

I'd love to see Floyd Khan.

It seems to me Floyd has realized the guy can retired literally with hundreds of millions of dollars, but he needs to fight obviously.

Fighting Ortiz, and now might be fighting Khan after?

In his ESPN interviews he said how Cotto had lost. Brings up Pac's losses.

Then when he wants to fight Ortiz, he says in the conference we shouldn't focus on his loss.

Now Khan is mentioned, I'm guessing he doesn't want to focus on what Prescott did.

                    I'm so confused!!!

Schaefer knows Ortiz has no chance whatsoever of beating Mayweather, So he is looking ahead to Khan who is just to fast for Mayweather to keep up. Yes Khan is faster than Mayweather, Mayweather is 34 years old ffs!

I just shows the lack of confidence by Schaefer in Ortiz, He is already looking at making Khan Mayweather.
