If I were David, I'd beg Wlad for a rematch. I'm sure David was kicking himself in the ass watching the tape. I rewatched the fight today and noticed so many flaws in Wlad's game that night that Haye could of easily capitalized on.

I really wanna see the rematch.

I think he should take another fight at HW and then fight Vitali..

****** people on here couldn't see what was going on in the fight but Haye was trying to draw Wlad out of his shell (jab/jab etc). Wlad i will give him great props was VERY disciplined and didn't fall into it..

Vitali always has been an aggressive fighter.. he will give Haye openings and also force Haye to increase his punch output. Either way to me it will be an exciting fight and with Vitali getting older and being less defensive it could be interesting

The guy should not be retiring period at 31 though.. he should have 3-4 GOOD years in him.. it's ******. Actually i think he should fight Chisora/Fury winner (he crushes either) and then fight Vitali..

I think Wlad is too big and disciplined for Haye tbh

If I were Haye I'd beat a few more easy heavyweights and then retire, leaving on a positive.

Trying to get a rematch is just silly at this stage

Go for James Toney That would be another stinker of a fight I ain't watching.

Maybe the build up since both talk trash, but not the fight itself since it would put me to sleep.

I voted for the winner of Fury/Chisora because it's what will make most money in the UK. I don't see anyone else willing to fight him out of their home and no way in hell is he going abroad. This is IF he decides to prolong his retirement.

I would love to see him fight Arreola though.

Haye should continue to come up with a new list of excuses to keep rising his "I look pathetic!" bar :rotfl:

He should complain about a yeast infection as the real reason why he lost the fight on Saturday:

"I am absolutely gutted. I caught a nasty yeast infection, down there you know, and I though it would clear up before the fight, but it didn't. I am absolutely gutted.

Adam tried to apply more Vagisil right before the ring walk and that's why we was late coming out. It was itching so bad I couldn't focus on get my shots off, his chin was right there, but the itch broke my concentration. That's why I fell down so much, cause of the itching.

No excuses though, I know the better man won last night. I am just absolutely gutted. I am gutted for my fans, for all the British people, absolutely gutted. Next I promise to knock him out, I'll just be real careful before the fight: I'll keep it clean down there and drink lots of cranberry juice you know, that's something we didn't do in this training camp. I am just gutted."

For all of Haye's bluster about trying to KO him early I knew he was going to fight the exact style of fight he did. That he was going to try to make Wlad bring the fight to him and slip punches and counter him. I think he thought that all his talk and taunting would get Wlad to come out of his shell and try to hurt him, giving him the openings he needed. Problem is Wlad didn't take the bait, threw 95% jabs, and backed up and threw Haye to the ground anytime he got close. From a tactical standpoint it was the fight I feared could happen, but it was the right move for Wlad to win the fight. Vitali would come forward and really try to crush Haye if they fought, which would give Haye a much better chance to win, but also would give him a chance to get his face caved in. It would be a much better fight.
