Comments Thread For: Darchinyan vs Ambunda on September 3 in Armenia?

According to overseas reports, IBO bantamweight champion Vic Darchinyan (36-3, 27KOs) will defend his title on September 3 in Armenia. Darchinyan's opponent has been mentioned as 30-year-old undefeated Paulus Ambunda (15-0, 9KOs). Ambunda's fights have all been held in Namibia and he would be taking a big step up in competition against a boxer on the level of Darchinyan.

He's going to be fighting drunks in bars soon if this s**t keeps up. He's fighting AmBumda in Armenia? No disrespect meant, I'm just saying, that's a long way down the food chain. It's kind of like watching a lion eat carrots.
