Honestly I feel like boxing is one of the few sports where being white is an advantage. "The great white hope" is the thing I'm speaking of and I feel as though the Klitchkos would have that but unfortunately they are in the worst era of heavy weights of all time possibly.

They kind of suffer from what fighters like Roy Jones Jr suffered from and that's being great in a very poor era of their weight class.

It's not their fault and they are doing what they are supposed to do but you couple that with the fact that they are not very exciting to watch, then you understand the critique.

The point is the quality of a division is determined by the depth of top fighters in it. The 90's sported 5 all time great heavyweight, 3 who were in or very close to their prime. Today's era doesn't have a single one. The 90's contenders kept fighting each other far more than today pretenders like Haye, who will retire unless he is needlessly given another money shot.
