doesn't valuev still have a "rematch" against haye that he can initiate at any time.. it was something like that..... i do remember there being a rematch clause in there..... what do you think of the odds of valuev initiating the rematch with haye.. he hasn't fought since his last fight in 2009, which was against haye.. so will he come back...and if he does.. will he want a warmup fight or will he go straight for haye

No. The contract gave Sauerland, his promoter, options on his next two fights. This was going to include the rematch, but Valuev got injured and has lost interest in coming back to boxing. Contract has since expired.
