I'm sure Manny Pacquiao will now dump Top Rank after his contract expires. And he and Mayweather will do it by themselves
Can you imagine Pacquiao Promotion and Mayweather Promotion and not Top Rank and Goldenboy Promotion?

Manny Pacquiao will not leave Top Rank. He and his handlers are simply too incompetent to run a Promotional Company. There is more to it than just calling it Pacman Promotions.
Same for Floyd, he can talk about being independent hiding behind Mayweather promotions, but deep inside his little brain also knows that he can't handle big events and everything that comes with it, which is why he co-promotes it with Golden Boy's help.
For *** sakes, one guy is soo naive and signs contracts with two companies and the other is too ignorant (and apparently has ignorant handlers too) to pay his taxes on time.
These guys need Golden Boy and Top Rank. Say what you will of their head honchos, but these guys know what they're doing. It's not as simple as having a top Superstar name, announcing the fight and tickets and PPV sales taking care of themselves. It takes alot of behind the scenes work that most don't appreciate to make these events what they are.Comment

Koncz: look manny you can make 100m with this fight but after Arum take his part of the money you will get like 60-50m, you dont need a promoter manny! damn! manny this fight dont even need advertising be your own man and take 95% of the money like mayweather do....
and manny dont talk about ban condoms in the press conference no matter what!!! PLEASE forget to speak english again dont open your mouth floyd will use that against you in 24/7, damn manny floyd maybe give free condoms in the press conference

Neither promotional outfit has even put on a Lou Dibella/Gary Shaw-esque 2,000 seat Indian Casino fight card. Now you're asking them to coordinate the details of the most lucrative fight ever? You really think Koncz and Ellerbe would be able to put together International press conferences, broker deals with HBO/Time Warner or Showtime/CBS as well as International TV broadcasters, make deals with sponsors, etc generally sell the fight?
Pac isn't leaving Top Rank especially now that they're his commercial agents as well and they've come through recently with huge deals with HP, Nike, etc and counting.Comment
