Like ive said Before talk is Cheap get to the Point make it Public. Or Sign the Contract agreeing to No cutoff dates since they want the Fight so Badly.

Random blood tests are about prevention.
If Pac agreed to an 18-day cutoff, then he would effectively have been given a doping window. I am not saying that Manny is juicing, just that an 18-day cutoff would allow him that opportunity if he so desired.
Mosley did not have a cutoff, so had no idea when/if he would be tested again, so he had no opportunity to take steroids.
Shane was clean, no question about that.

It is absurd to suggest that OSDT's are not required in ALL top level sports..... but it is fkn INSANE to bash Mayweather for asking, and then ignore why Pac refused.
The ridiculous excuses offered by Team Pacquiao and endorsed by Manny's hoarde of excitable fans..... are even more INSANE.

What do Roger Clemens, Barry Bonds, Mark McGwire, and Shane Mosely have in common? - They all got caught cheating or were close to getting caught that they have no other way out but confess!!!!
These athletes routinely and randomly gave their blood samples all year round for HIV testing as required by law, and a portion of those blood samples are always stored and kept for archives by the athletic commission.. These said samples were then tested for PEDS if and when the commission have enough reason to warrant for such a test.. These is how certain athletes got caught cheating even when years have already passed.. With all the controversies surrounding Manny and Floyd about this PED thing, i'm sure the NSAC have already warranted such tests to be done on said samples, and guess what, Manny still tested negative.. Coz to me if Floyd really wanted in his heart to get rid of PED use in boxing, why not just challenge the commission to have these random blood samples to be tested for PED use and expose the cheaters... Coz right now, even if Manny eventually agreed to full OSDT and get tested negative of PEDS, you haters will just say Manny cycled out of the drug use in time for such testing, it's a no win situation for Manny...Comment

Team Manny, Roach and even Arum said in their interview, that Manny has already agreed to EVERYTHING THAT FLOYD WANTS IN REGARDS TO DRUG TESTING, meaning even if Floyd required jumping of a cliff after every blood extraction, Manny will do it just as long Floyd will jump the same cliff!!!Comment
