Why is Team Pacquiao even putting conditions to when the testing should take place.??Only a coward puts his conditions when to take a drug test, Only a fool would argue and defend somebody that doesn't want to take a drug test which seems even more shady the guy is on something. This is good stuff because if Floyd beats Ortiz and Pac beats JMM and they STILL refuse to the random blood testing demands of Floyd Mayweather Jr. There should be no excuses as to why Pac didn't duck this fight. Roach said that they already agreed so it should be nothing to make this fight happen if both win their next fights. I'm waiting to sig this quote from Roach if they back peddle.
