The reason he's a "no-name" is because no one wants to fight him. He's alot like Winky was like early in his career.

The 154-160 division is PACKED with talent. It's almost as good as 140. Ikeke's a name, and Winky should fight him IF no one else wants to fight him, or even can fight him (which will probably be the case)

winky isnt ducking him, hes basiclly a no name with a small purse. winky has NOTHING to gain by fighting him. if he wins close, hes not as good as hes hyped up to be, if he wins big, he beat a no name, if he loses, he is overrated and sucks. not benificial to winky in ANY way.
he should seek out a fight with dlh or mosley next imo
