I think he is. I think he got robbed against Holyfield, Toney, McCall and Mormeck. In the first three cases the higher-profiled fighters prevailed because they were just that, more famous than him. And in the last case it was a homecooked decision.
Oquendo was one of the most talented hw's of his generation imo. Though not a huge puncher, he stopped some good fighters like Obed Sullivan, Mo Harris, Clifford Etienne and David Izon. I always liked him as a fighter. But his career has been done in by corrupt judges and now it seems he's done.
