Comments Thread For: Haye: If No Rematch, I Will Retire in Three Months

David Haye appeared on Sky Sports News today to mull over his decision defeat to Wlad Klitschko at Hamburg’s Imtech Arena on Saturday night. Wlad easily out-pointed the Londoner to add Haye’s WBA belt to the IBF, WBO and IBO titles.

To me Haye seems humble in defeat, he pays respect to Wlad and he cant be faulted for hyping up a fight that he and Wlad both didnt deliver. For Hayes own piece of mind, he should fight at least twice more, once against a decent top 10..Chisora/Tyson winner? Then maybe have one more crack at the Klit Bros.
I dont see how people can hate on someone who is a two division world champion and took on the best there is, this fight surely shows how good Wlad is rather than a criticism of Haye.

Haye's an exciting fighter in his prime, I want to see him fight again even if it's not against Wlad. He can fight Arreola, Povetkin or even Vitali. This would be a crap way to go out.

Go ahead and retire then, because there's not going to be a rematch. Haye doesn't deserve it and there's no need for it. Had a good CW run.

Wasn't David Haye the one who wanted no rematch clauses? Now he's changed his tune, hasn't he? "I want a rematch if I lose, but no rematch if I win", lol what a f ag.
