Mayweather v De La Hoya was an awful bout considering the build-up

Wow that was a beat down! Way better than PAC vs Clottey and Mosley combined!
U have to accept that may is a technical boxer with sharp skills not a entertaining brawler like PAC.

I think most of these lists are insane, just because a fight is boring doesn't mean it's a bad fight. It just means you don't like technical boxing...

To be fair though some listed (like BHop Roy Jones Jr. II), were **** fights.

I didn't know "Big Events" were fights like Bradley vs. Alexander, or Mayweather vs. Baldomir. If those are the caliber events you guys consider "big events" I can name 50 off the top of my head. >_>

For big fights I'd have to say...well here's my top 5

                      1)De La Hoya vs. Trinidad
                      2)Tyson vs. Holyfield 2
                      3)Lewis vs. Tyson
                      4)De La Hoya vs. Mayweather
                      5)De La Hoya vs. Hopkins
