It might have something to with Floyd fighting the number 2 welterweight in the world, Manny fighting the number 4 p4p fighter in the world while Martinez is running from Chavez and fighting Darren "the janitor" Barker.

Manny faught Margarito at 154 and Floyd is bigger than Manny so why can't either fight him at that weight I am certain he would take either fight he has called for both of them to fight.
