In his last interview when some smart mouthed reporter asked him about this, Floyd simply answered that he will take blood tests any time of the year. He said he's a clean fighter and he's not ready of randomly getting tested all year round.

Why wont manny test even during training camp with no cutt offs

Its not required and hes never asked any fighter to do testing that went beyond what the commission asks.
