Is this yet another duck move, perhaps the ultimate of duck moves, so that he does not have to face Manny Pacquiao?

I'm actually pretty excited for this fight. Probably ONLY other fight for him at WW other than Pacquiao that I don't really mind seeing.

Ortiz will probably get a boxing lesson, but atleast Floyd isn't picking on smaller and older men.

I mean, Pacquiao and Mayweather have beaten basically everyone there is in the division. The only questionable people left for them face really were Ortiz or Berto. Ortiz beats Berto, so that takes him out of the equation.

I doubt it would be as one sided as you think.

So scared to lose against a Filipino fighter. I actually agree with your thinking that he would rather take a loss to Ortiz than fight Pacquiao. What a coward.

Ortiz vs Pacquiao make it happen after Ortiz retires Duckweather permanently.

Yeah right, Mayweather Jr. think that 0 makes him. Him losing on purpose is the most ridiculous ting I've ever heard. People already making excuses if Ortiz pulls upset off.

After all the **** talking he's done, after all the name calling, after all the comparisons, I don't think he'd be able to live with a loss at the hands of Manny Pacquiao.

He's been hyping up Victor Ortiz, making him sound like a beast; acting out of character, showing him much respect. Seems like he's almost willing to take a loss to Ortiz, just so that the pressure of the Pacquiao fight will go away.
