There won't be a rematch unless Haye beats a top contender: Arreola, Helenius, Adamek, etc. Just no call for it. It wasn't a close fight -- Haye did the Valuev plan again and it didn't work against Wladimir.

pretty much.
He'd do that against Helenius and it would work there either. I've never seen evidence of Haye doing the business against taller fighters outside of that fight with Gurov.
Helenius would beat Haye, imo. Haye could possibly beat all the others.
I think to fight Wlad again he needs HBO or Showtime, yes.
But why should Wlad give a guy who insisted on no rematch clauses a rematch anyway? Not like it was a close fight.
I'd say the reason he didn't want a rematch clause is because it cost him to get out of the Valuev rematch.
Regardlsess, if you read in the article what Wlad has to say about a possible rematch:
Asked about the prospect of a rematch Klitschko, who won by a clear 117-109, 118-108 and 116-110 count, said: "I definitely didn't expect another answer [regarding Haye's desire for a second go]. Next time I'll knock [him] out. It is a logical question, who is going to be the next opponent?"
It sounds like Wlad wouldn't mind a rematch, it's probably still the biggest money fight for him.
If he goes out and beats someone like Arreola (which I don't think he can), then there might be some interest.
If he retires now, he retires a loser and a joke. He should have shut up about the sore tootie. Jim Lampley was laughing at him with his shoe off, and rightly so. I've never seen anything more pathetic in a boxing ring.
Well you know both you and I would take our shoes off if it was worth £20 million or $25 million in 6 months time, in a heartbeat. It is still a business and they do try to extract the financial maximum from their careers.

I don't see Haye beating the new, slimmed down and dedicated Arreola.
I think Cris would have stopped Haye yesterday. Wlad was still too cautious, though he won easy.
