Comments Thread For: David Haye: I Don't Know If I Will Fight Again

DAVID HAYE was left frustrated and defeated as Wladimir Klitschko silenced his taunts with a unanimous points victory. Afterwards Haye blamed his defeat on a broken toe in his right foot suffered three weeks ago. The judges scored it 117-109, 118-108 and 116-110 to Klitschko.

He's possibly the third best heavyweight in the world, and hes still young by heavyweight standards. Absolutely no reason for him to retire. I would love to see him against Arreola, Chambers, Povetkin, Chagaev, and even Wladimir again.

Wladimir's game improved loads in his 30s, no reason Haye's cant as well. Maybe he should come to America, away from stardom and the British press, and rebuild.

I cannot believe people actually thought that a man who was planning to retire this year even had a chance to beat Wladamir. People should know that when a fighter has one foot (no pun intended) out the door, they usually get pushed out by the opponent.
