The Bob and weave and getting close would be hard for Wlad. Seeing Haye show his reflexes, it made wlad not throw as much nor hit with his jab as much. Tyson also was not afraid and had a decent chin, but his power, speed and lack of fear was what made him what he was
As for Wlad, he is very tall, long arms, and hard to hit now. Decent tight guard and is strong.
Could go either way but I'd favor Tyson by KO just because I can't get Corrie Sanders out of my head stopping Wlad. i know Wlad's improved since his younger days but this fights a toss up to me 50/50.
If I were to bet I'd bet on Tyson tho. Stylistically they both are bad for each other, Tyson can be bothered by Wlad's jab but Wlad can be bothered by Tysons pressure, speed, and power.
unfortunately for Tyson, he would NOT intimidate Wlad as you saw that Wlad does not get intimidated...ever. Wlad would punish him for 10 or 11 before finally annihilating him.
This is one of those questions that gets treated as a joke because of Tyson's legend, but I honestly think Wlad would beat him. He's mastered the art of keeping guys at range and even Tyson would find it hard to get at him.
Tyson is in a different league from Haye, but it would be the same sort of fight - he'd have to jump in from out of range to try and hit an opponent much bigger than him who's moving backwards. Not easy, doesn't matter how fast you are.
