Thats what I thought originally, but I am hoping that fortune favours the brave.

Agreed, I'm rooting for Haye completely. If that's the plan he brings, then even if he doesn't pull it off, I'll have much praise for him bringing the fight to Wlad.

That's Haye's best bet... that is to pull a Corrie Sanders. Only difference is Wlad was absolutely not ready for Sanders and got clocked by a total surprise. No one can say that Wlad is not ready for this fight and whatever Haye has to bring.

        The best man will win!

I think this will be Wlads defining fight, and should he win(which I fully expect) I hope he gets the universal acclaim he deserves, not just for the victory on the night, but for a job magnificently well done over the duration of his long career!

Not watched boxing with my dad since Khan - Kotelnik, so I'm looking forward to it. I don't know if we'll be able to drag him out into town to celebrate if Haye wins though.

Whoever wins, I'm going out and getting steaming!
I'm also taking my son to his annual boxing awards presentation, so boxing heaven for me today!

Later Haye says that this was because his hand got injured and he couldn't land his (left or right.. whichever hand is hurt) and continues to trash talk that he had a close decision with a so called "champion" fighting with one hand... "peeleft:

Almost exactly spot on, except he used the rather unusual excuse of broken little piggy. Good job!
