Time to bring back the 15 rounders?

It went down to twelve after bouts like Ali Frazier in Manilla, but surely that kind of fight in those searing temperatures is not the norm. 12 rounds is too often unsatisfactory. I give you Macklin Sturm last week as an example.

It went down to 12 due to tv scheduling reasons.

unification fights should be 15
championship fights should be 12
all others should be 10

This has been discussed before. I would favor 13 rounds instead of 12 for less chances of draws
