Where were the Klitschko fans at the weigh-in?

Lennox said this is his home-town (in Germany), but where were the fans?

He filled a 55,000 stadium last year, surely they haven't all disappeared.

Must have been an eye-opener for Wlad to see the no. of British fans who turned up to support the Hayemaker

You're a pretty respectful guy, so I am not going to be mean about this.

I support Wladimir because I like his personality...and it's nice that he has power. I admit that his boxing style lacks the adrenaline rush and excitement, but with only two exceptions (I know, I am a hypocrite) I prefer boxers to be gentlemen. What would Haye have to do to get you to dislike him?

I rather dislike Haye's personality for reasons I am sure you have read from others at different times. It's not his style I don't like, it's his antagonism. I get that he has to sell the fight, but he's been a little over the top (a lot, actually). So, do you support him simply because he is British or for his fight style or both? His personality does not seem to distress you. Hell, you may even like it.

Well, good luck to you on the fight.

Getting their monocles fitted and buying special containers to keep their farts in so they can smell them.

It is just that Brits are very loud and obnoxious, so they were more visible. Perhaps, not all of them, but David Haye seems to be a good example of a Brit.

Brits are not loud and obnoxious. We just don't take ourselves too seriously and enjoy joking and having a good time.

You're the obnoxious one. Judging a whole nation by the standards of a few thousand sports fans. Grow up will you...

I'd have to believe he took himself seriously enough to mean half the things he says. I don't think he does because he openly admits he says most of this stuff for effect.

He was asked about the trash-talking last week,

So finally, what about the silly trash talking — does he really believe any of it?

Haye: 'Nah, it's ****** playground stuff. There's nothing clever about it and it always draws a good few “Oh Davids!” from my mum. But it's worked, hasn't it

I think he's a funny and charismatic guy. He could do without the trash-talking though I agree, even if it does bring the lulz at times. Like many in countries, British boxing fans tend to support their own and I'm no different. Wlad is an impressive fellow tho, he is intelligent and seems to have a good sense of humour which comes across despite English being his second or third language. May the best man win.

I guess being loud and obnoxious is the British way of "joking" and "having good time". And, hey, I am sorry for telling the truth. I am obviously judging the sports fans.
