I could see both fighters being knocked down. However, I have a feeling that Waldimir stays on his feet and he ends up stopping his younger foe.

Still, nothing would surprise me. This is Heavyweight boxing. These two guys have hard shots going at opponents. Both guys have been rocked/hurt/dropped/stopped. You can't ask for anything else when it comes to the big boys getting in the ring.
