IS Pacquiao's Technical improvements an advantage...

Against a combination/counter puncher like JMM? I was watching a re run of Golpe a Golpe and Nacho Beristain was a guess host. They conducted an interview in which he acknowledged Manny's improvements but he said it's no threat, in fact an advantage.

At that very moment i was a skeptic until he explained the reason behind his statement. He claims that in the first 2 fights Manny was an awkward fighter due to his bouncing and speed. His stamina was monstrous and it wasnt so much his power that caught JMM by surprise, but his angles that were very difficult to predict. Thus he KD several times. He also said his bouncing back and forth made it difficult to counter properly.

He says he's bouncing before throwing a right or what not. Right when he does so he leaves himself open and that's when JMM can dominates and uses his intelligence to execute a proper counter.

Manny has gained speed and better technically. His hooks are cleaner and crisp and so are his right hand punches. Before this JMM was the one that lead the fight. JMM had to try to guess and estimate Manny's punches...but now it will be easier to predict since Manny is a bit more technical.

What it boils down to...since JMM doesnt have to worry about Manny's animalistic speed and awkwardness as much since he became more technical...does that mean JMM is more comfortable this time around than before? Will he be able to counter more effectively? Or will he get KTFO?

Manny hasnt improved or changed much imo,yes his right hand is a tad better but thats what they said before the Morales fight remember"manilla ice" he's just been matched carefully and has used his speed on the bigger men,Manny is strong and fast and Jmm will have to FIGHT to win cause thats his style in order for in to effectivly counter he'll have to mix it up and NOT fall cause those knockdowns are what always cost him the fight

      An interesting idea.

If Manny is thinking more than use to and is try box a little more JMM might have a shot.

If Manny has become a slightly more conventional fighter he might be a little more predictable.

      A lot of ifs.

LOL @ these dumb saying Pac did not improve and just fought made to order opponents but yet must take the test because they can't believe what he did to these old, shot past his prime weight drained opponents who were cherrypicked, paid to lose against Pac. Thats why these dumb *****s have no credibility at all.
