Presummably it will be aggainst Eloy Perez, but who knows, maybe Rocky Martinez!!

It also depends on who he fights on Sept, if he fights Perez or Martinez and wins either fight he becomes the mandatory for Rycky Burns title and im sure Arum would pay the guy to come to the US and fight Cruz for the title!!
