he doesnt suck at fighting hes just not that good against other people who do it for a living as PROFESSIONALS.... MMA is not a sport u can just come off the streets and indulge in... it takes years and years, i commend him for trying, those leg kicks aint no joke!!!! i guarantee if u fought him hed kill u! just like the guy who never gets in the game in the NBA will beat your average joe off the streets who has hops

Exactly, Its one thing to be a good fighter out here in the streets, but when you step in that ring its a whole different ball game, I've met Kimbo before in person and If you know anything about boxing you can tell as soon as you see him, he's no pro boxer plus he told me he smokes lol... more power to em though he's obviously just doing it for dough should be entertaining as long as it lasts I suppose...

Kimbo will get his, no question about that, it is just a case of waiting for him to step up past 4-rounders. And it serves him right for thinking that he can walk into this sport at nearly 40yo.

I always loved Kimbo, he's a great amateur fighter. I always thought he should have just went right into boxing and not MMA...

Either way the HW division is weak... he could win some fights and make some good pay days along the way.. He could take on some of the fat old guys in the division. Outside of Klits and Haye, there seems to be a lot of them. Kimbo's old but at least hes in shape... Now at 40 he just needs to work on that stamina.

That is the step up that will him.

It is not just the stamina, it will mainly be because of the level of competition.

Kimbo was a bit of a gym rat, and he has boxed before, but he is not a cultured fighter, and I doubt he ever will be.

I have to laugh at all the armchair experts talking smack. Who are you to judge Kimbo? He puts it on the line. Did it in the streets. Did it in the cage. And now he's doing it in the ring. I see your point, and I kinda agree.....

Boxing is a learning curve, he has huge room for improvement but at 40yo has no time to develop his craft.

Guys with no amateur background struggle even if they are young when they turn pro..... being 40yo does not give him much scope to develop.

No one is hating. But he was the laughing stock of MMA and will be in boxing. He thinks he can jump right into a sport like it is a switch that you flip. Boxers spend years before turning pro and Dumbo just cuts in front of the line? Not right.
