Cotto has no business at MW, but Cotto-Chavez holds the promise of big $ and 4th divisonal belt (a first for a PR fighter), might be too much to pass up.

He could do well against MWs like Sturm and Chavez, but he will loose because of size. I'd rather see him fight @ 154 against Angulo, Cintron, maybe Williams if gets a good run going, Alvarez should also be named. If Margarito wins he might do well at MW, or at least get beaten by Martinez so the haters can rejoice.

Yeah this makes the most sense. All in house, Arum is an evil brilliant. With Cotto's body attack I'm sure he beats Daniel Geale as well.

cotto was average at welterweight. got battered a bit and lost. hasn't really got a chance at 154 too short no power. what possibly could make this shrimp think he can compete at middleweight? now that is funny. Cotto is not very good.

Bunch of clueless idiots on here.cotto isnt going to stick around MW.hes only going up to challenge chavez (pr/mex rivalry=$$$) to be the first puerto rican to win 4 titles in 4 divisions.he will vacant afterwards and most likely drop down.he knows he can't compete against those top guy's at 160 and he doesn't care because he doesn't belong there.the money is right with chavez and he knows actively chavez is the weakest link.if julito can't beat a natural WW in cotto by god I pronounce boxing's biggest att (all time terrible) hype job in history.
