If Floyd is the same fighter he was against Mosley, i don't see him having any problems with Ortiz.

The only way Mayweather loses is if he got old over night. It tends to happen, but I don't think it's going to be the case. Mayweather is known to be a gym rat and takes care of himself.

If Ortiz brings a loaded gun to the ring, chances are he wins. If Floyd is the usual Floyd, he'll win quite comfortably while getting hits with a couple shots here and there while smiling bringing Ortiz's confidence down (and we know what ends up happening after that). UD by Floyd.

Ortiz will be the underdog because he is facing the best professional boxer in the world. Ortiz is better at 147 than 140. He isn't one of the 20 best fighters in the world but he is the best ww other than floyd and manny.

How do we know Ortiz is better at 147 he's had 1 fight at ww.
Watching Ortiz against Berto, throwing bombs and having so many opening,
He's no match for Floyd regardless if he has been on vacation or not.
One fight at WW against someone like an overrated Berto does not prove you are a top WW when you have only faught once.

Maidana isn't as good as Mayweather. Mayweather, doesn't hit as hard as Mayweather. Different fighters. All there is to it.

Regardless, you beat someone the way you beat anyone Being better on the night. Night in life. Not in legacy. Not in anything other than the moment. A decent jab, body attack and in and out movement.
