Floyd tell everyone why you don't fight out of Vegas? Because the hand shots to numb your hands are illegal every else outside of Vegas. So you cheating other boxers and helping to enhance by having hands that you can't feel anything pain when you punch a guy. It's legal in Vegas but illegal outside Vegas.
