The Dream Bout : Khan -V- Mike Jones 147lbs

I would love to see this fight when Khan moves upto 147lbs, Mike Jones is a perfect opponent for Khan, He has power, He is slick, He is from Philadelpia where alot of the great boxers in the US came from, Joe Frazier, Hopkins, Sonny Liston, Meldrick Taylor.

Its a great fight for both Jones and Khan I believe it would be a total war!

I might give the edge to Mike Jones cause Khan seem to get caught often in fights and if he get caught by MJ its over.

Jones has not yet reached the same level as Khan. Therefore, it would be hard to look past Khan at this stage..

Khan at Welterweight would be a beast. He's a big JWW and would be also be a pretty big Welterweight as he's 5ft 10... Khan also has the speed advantage and a better jab, and good skills. Needs to tighten up his defense though. He also has Freddie and Alex.

Khan also has more experience fighting against better opponents and can go 12 rounds easy - he has great stamina. Also his chin will be better at 147lbs.

I can see Khan out-boxing Jones, but I reckon he'll stop Jones late..

I think people here are underestimating Jones, I believe Jones can easily beat Victor Ortiz or atleast given him a moneys worth of a fight, It would be like Ortiz v Maidana II.
