Will Haye do a "Tyson (vs Spinks)" against Wlad?

To think Haye will come out trying to blast Wlad out in a round is illogical thinking. I expect a barrage of punches from Haye at some point in the fight, so providing Wlad pulls through, the fight is in the bag for him. He can work off the jab and slowly break him down, then begin to unleash the steelhammer late.
A single shot will not knock out Wlad. You need to be landing BIG to knock him out. There is a chance but very slim, as stated, unless he lands something huge, then Wlad is going no where.

I can't see him doing that because:
A) Wlad is much better than all of Haye's HW recent opponents
B) Haye was very cautious against Valuev and Audley(who threw like 1 jab in the course of 3 rds)
C) biggest fight of his career and he wouldn't take that big of a risk.
D) Tyson was a whole diff beast against Spinks.

Haye will be looking in Wlad's eyes before the first round, if he senses fear and Wlad starts back peddling and on the defense, Haye will pounce.
There is no doubt in my mind Haye is winning the psychological battle

Klitschko has Stewart in hes corner, the tactical plan will be as good as it can be
Wlad says he trains to his schedule not Stewards.

Haye is only human, he feels fear as well. Hes lost before so a fear of losing if anything.
