Wladimir by wide UD or late KO once Haye realizes he's far behind and needs to step up. He'll get caught then. He's just not active enough to outbox Klitschko.
I haven't been this excited for a heavyweight fight since the first Wlad-Peter fight. I'll stick to what I've said all along, if Haye can't get Wlad out of there within the first three or four rounds, he is taking a beating. I'd be very surprised if this fight goes the distance, unless Haye fights like he did against Valuev.
If Haye uses the same tactics he did against valuev then Klitschko will dominate the fight behind his jab..
So for me Haye has to start quick and knock Klitschko out of his rhythm and from his comfort zone,Haye has to get in close and make Klitschko miss with the right hand then counter with power..
