The legal troubles continue to pile up for Floyd Mayweather Jr., who returns to boxing on September 17th against WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Mayweather is already facing two criminal court cases that involve assault allegations. One case involves the mother of his children, and the other is separate case where a secuirty guard claims the fighter poked him in the face. Last month, a civil suit was filed on behalf of nightclub bouncer Clay Gerling, with allegations that Mayweather's bodyguards attacked and injured him at Drai’s Nightclub on the Las Vegas Strip.
