I don't think that it's as much about a pullout as it is about having an excuse ready for his loss. He'can't pull out without offending SKY and who knows what sort of deals and contracts he's tied into with them that would be "off the table" or ruined if he did.

You could call Rafael Ramos from Texas. He is a fair referee and he belong to the WBA, IBF and WBO. He is more than capable to referee that fight, he just referee the fight between Alexander Devon vs Lucas Matthysse on Saturday. He has referee Pacquiao vs Clottey, Diaz vs Marquez and many mores.
