Seeing he weighed 151 fight night he might had been killing himself to make 140

Looks like he's now running from the talented 140lbs division.... Lucas, Judah, Maidana, Khan, Bradley, Guerrero... Guessing Devon is beginning to realize that he's not as great as he'd like to be.

Aside from Manny, Mayweather & Ortiz (who all have set fight dates), 147 really doesn't have much to offer... Berto, but I don't see Devon wanting to take that fight, considering that he's calling out Powerless Paulie.

Running, fought kotelink, Bradley, and Lucas. Back to back to back, yet he is running, boxers move up, been at 140 since he was 15

Berto should become the new gate keeper for WW division.
Berto is still one of the best at 147 and would destroy Alexander.

He isn't good enough for the 140 division anymore and he knows it, he might win a paper title at WW against one of the Euro champs who i don't rate that highly.

Damn i'd like to see him stick at 140 lbs for a couple more fights, still more good fights to be made like a rematch with Matthysse, the winner of Maidana vs Guerrero or the loser of Khan vs Judah

This seems insane to me. If he's struggling to make 140 he could stand to lose those massive tumors on his biceps. Leading up to this fight he said he wanted to prove he's one of the top 140 lb.er's in the world. He got the decision, disputable as it may be, and now he wants to move up? I don't get it.

that's not alot...Ortiz was 158lbs + on a couple of his fight night weights like Cotto was at the end of his 140lb days..

rehydrating to 151lbs isn't surprising for the average 140lb fighter

Devon has some skills but it pitty pats to much with his punches like he is in the amateurs. He did show another dimension when he fought Lucas but I guess he will stay in his area as an attraction.

I no longer have him in the top five of the division and even less as a WW
