The only iota of evidence that the "negotiations" did happen the 2nd time was that Ross Greenburg admitted that he was the mediator. Greenburg has no reason for siding with Arum being that he doesn't have a good relationship with him.

I have a feeling that the lawsuit is all Arum's idea. Look how fast they dropped the lawsuit against Oscar and Schaefer when Oscar apologized to Bob.
