Katsidis is very focused on loanding a possible fight with Mexican icon Erik Morales (51-7, 35 KOs). The two sides have discussed the possibility of a fight in the fall. Katsidis knows how to lose in style, sans the Diaz fight. Morales can beat him if he shows up in the same form he had against Maidana.

very true, but idk, i'd still think it'd be an exciting fight with either guy having a shot of winning..i'd want to see this

I think Guerrero might just be that good. Dude is a HUGE lightweight! He will be a 4-5 weight champion. . . He beat up Katsidis good in that fight. A good rest and Katsidis should be fine, though. He's got a few more in him.

The funny thing about this fight is that Katsidis would've been favored before Morales showed what he had left against Maidana. Legacy wise I view this fight as a step back for Morales. He should fight somebody like Vasquez at 135 for a fourth belt if he can make the weight.

I was at the Guerrero Katsidis fight. Guerrero took it to him, i wonder what Morales would do but whatever, think it'd be a nice pay day for Morales. I say if Katsidis loses this one then he retires.

Have to take into account that the Maidana fight may have been Morales' last stand so to speak, if it wasnt then he takes this.
