Of the guys I've seen live on TV (i.e. no highlight reels):

Prime Roy Jones Jr
Followed closely by SRL, Sweet Pea, Duran, Floyd Jr.
In turn followed by many fighters including Toney, Hearns, Hagler, Hopkins, and maybe JCC and ODLH.
Then a list of heavies - Prime Tyson, Prime LL, Foreman I, Ali (who would've been higher if I'd seen him in his prime)
