Most likely Wlad will fight Byrd and Toney will fight Brewster. That will set up a fight between them.

If they can get him out of the wheelchair.

I personally think he should rematch Brewster.
Set wrongs from right. He should win the rematch...being the better fighter.

james toney. He said he wanted to fight in a month. This will answer alot of questions about toney's legitmacy vs a big heavyweight

Wlad should beat toney. He uses his height to his advantage and i dont think toney has the pop in his punch at heavyweight to drop Klitschko. Toney would do well to try and fight Byrd because that bout could make a huge live gate in Michigan, It would sell out Joe Louis Arena most likely as both men are Michigan natives. I wouldnt mind seeing Wlad/Ruiz just to get rid of that boring **** as champ

I agree with Run with knives, he should fight Brewster and prove he is one of the better heavyweights out there!

Just to clarify for you guys.... you seem to have missed the point.

Byrd or Brewster will have to defned their title against Wlad around april next year according to the rules.

Wlad has said he wanted to fight in the interim before that title bout. sometime in december.

That rules out brewster and byrd. i dont see him taking the risk of fighting toney, he is an excellent fighter and it would be a mistake for wlad to fight him with so little time to really prepare. im guessing he might fight a dominic guinn caliber fighter.... Has anybodyt heard any names floated around that would actually make some sense??

I like Toney to beat everyone in the division besides the klitschkos, and im not completely convinced he cant.

but ill have to see him do it to believe it, the height advantage is just so extreme and toney doesent possess any serious KO power against an opponent so large

James Toney or a rematch with Sam Peter would be the best bouts for me. I doubt he would take such a chance though.
